William Rock, son of a humble intergalactic warrior turned farmer, and a psychic gypsy, was born on the second Tuesday after the full moon, May of 1982. His road to greatness led him to the attention of many important figures, even at an early age.

At the age of 5, he directed Ian McKellen in King Lear at the Almeida. At 8, he invented a time machine and went back to spend a year carving the Easter Island statues. At 12, he wrote The Complete Works of Edgar Allan Poe. At 13, he began translating the Bible into sign language. At 17, he opened the world's first drive-thru hair salon. He became a millionaire at the age of 19, but gave it all to the United Circus Clowns Hospice.

Since then, he has retired into comfortable obscurity at Iowa State University, where he enjoys golf and growing potatoes.
