The Union Drive Community Center is the main gathering place for residents of UDA. In 2001, the north wing of Helser Hall was demolished to make room for this building, which was constructed over the course of the following two years and dedicated on September 5, 2003.
The UDCC now holds the newest dining center on campus, a C-Store, a small sports-themed grill restaurant, a large multi-purpose classroom, a printing center, the UDA mail room and two small conference rooms. There are also some sweet leather chairs on the upper level that are great for sleeping in during breaks in one's schedule.
The Union Drive Marketplace replaced Windows and Dungeons dining centers that were located in Friley Hall.
