Travis Spivey

Travis Spivey (born ?) was a men's basketball player who was charged with raping two runaway girls, a 17-year old and a 15-year old, at his home on June 12, 1999.

Police seized three condoms, a mattress and a blanket from Spivey's bedroom when executing the warrant for his arrest. The girls told police they drank alcohol and smoked pot at Spivey's duplex after meeting him in the parking lot of Kum and Go on June 11, 2005.

Spivey was kicked off the team by Larry Eustachy when the charges were announced. He eventually pleaded guilty to third-degree sexual assault.

Spivey, a junior in general undergraduate studies, transferred to ISU from Georgia Tech.
