This page should list what businesses/buildings/etc had occupied an address over the years. Since the interest for this kind of thing is quite specific (i.e. historical/amusement/whatever), the information should be compiled into and presented in one page rather than scattered all over the place.

I'm operating under the assumption that when a new business moves in to a new location, its address remain the same. Thus, we will list based on address. Assuming that this is indeed the case, we will list the entities in reverse chronological order under the addresses.

A separate article can be kept for ISU.
