- Managed by Paula Shriver.

- Heat, water, cable, Resonant wireless internet, and trash paid by landlord.
- Landlord respects our privacy and has never entered the apartment without phoning us at work. She also personally accompanies all the outside maintenance contractors when they come into the apartment, and locks up after them.
- Quick (usually 20 minutes or less) reponse to emergency maintenance calls, even between 2-6 am.
- Jon and Chad Olson do the maintenance. They're nice guys, and really competent. We've never had to call them to re-do repairs; they do it right the first time.
- Vacuum cleaners are available for free checkout anytime. I don't know about the wet-vac.
- Plenty of parking for visitors at all complexes.

- We had a pipe burst in our apartment at 5.30 am. We turned off the water and called Paula. She came immediately in pajamas with a shop-vac and fans, cleaned up all the water, and gave us enough $$ to wash all the clothes and rugs that got wet. She documented the water damage so we would not get charged later. She had the plumber in by 8 to fix the pipe. -- Whisper
