Harbinger of angst.

Director of the Department of Residence from 1996-2004. Illustrious potentate of such schemes as the Master Plan and Fresh Start. Notoriously unresponsive to the IRHA.

Though his Master Plan was hated by students, it was seen as revolutionary and was widely admired by other schools (likely because they didn't know what such a plan actually did to department finances).

Retired from his ISU position on June 29, 2004, citing his desire to "pursue other employment opportunities."

Some speculate that the poor budgetary situation that his Master Plan put the DOR in was the real reason for his leaving.
