Quesadillas

Quesadillas are a very popular "custom" food at the UDCC. The ones at Perkins aren't half bad either, for Perkins.
At the UDCC, basically you wait in line, choose from a variety of vegetables, meats, cheeses, and other things, and watch somebody make your quesadilla on a grill in front of you. If cooked correctly, it's well worth the 5+ minute wait.

- Lunch: 1:30pm-2:30pm
- Dinner: 6:30pm-7:30pm
- Beware around 7pm that it might get busy with football players just fresh from practice wanting their quesadillas (Fall only).
