Pizza Pit, located at 207 Suite 102 Welch Avenue in Campustown above Welch Avenue Station, is a pizzeria that also serves fried chicken, hot sandwiches, and a variety of appetizers. They have seating for 100 and do catering orders as well as your average pizza delivery. In the past they have catered for both the ISU Men's basketball and football teams as well as the hockey club. Many ISU clubs and groups reserve part or all of the dining room for meetings and FACs.
It is important to note that Pizza Pit of Ames' website is NOT www.pizzapit.com! This domain is owned by the owner of the Pizza Pit stores in Madison, Wisconsin and he refuses to note this fact on the website. Pizza Pit of Ames' website is www.pizzapitames.com.
This domain is owned by Welch Avenue Station because the webmaster, Tater, is the General Manger of the bar. Currently there is no food menu page because he never gets around to working on it, so one is provided below.

Special notes for Pizza Pit:
- You cannot use two discounts on the same thing.
ex: cannot use a coupon on a Pizza Twin or Heavyweight pizza as these are specials.
ex: cannot use two coupons on one pizza
- There is no delivery charge, however there is a delivery minumim of $8, which means you have to order $8 worth of food to get delivery. If you order anything from the frier the minumum jumps up to $12.

- If you are alergic to cheese in any way please note that there is cheese(Pecorino Romano, made with sheep's milk) in both the pizza sauce, the seasoned mayonaise, and the dough.
- If you are alergic to garlic you're screwed. Order a salad without croutons or dressing and you'll be safe.

These are "honey touched" as the boxes say and are mild. They do not have the same seasoning that the Mild wings have. You'll note that they are a bit more expensive, so keep that in mind if you substitute them for the Mild or Inferno wings.

| Salads | Often refered to as tossed salads or garden salads. Consists of lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, radish, tomato, cucumber, cheddar cheese, croutons on the side, and dressing on the side. Currently offered dressings are Ranch, Catalina, and Lite Italian. Lite Ranch and 1000 Island were discontinued because no one ever ordered them. If you like you can order any of the chicken dipper sauces for your salad instead of one of the aformentioned dressings.
Various toppings served in parts and not all chopped up, so if you don't like one of 'em you can just not eat it. Cheese is on top of the lettuce so please don't ask to have it without. - Sliced are served on a special semi-thick crust only offered for slices, and with extra cheese for tasty goodness.
