Michael Runyan

Michael Runyan (born ?) was convicted of first-degree murder and sentenced to life in prison for the stabbing of Uri Sellers in the early hours of April 20, 1997 on the front lawn of the Adelante Fraternity. That evening, Runyan and his friend, Luke Abrams, had been drinking at bars while Sellers had been drinking at the party at Adelante.
Runyan turned himself in on April 25, 1997 in Fort Dodge.
As of September 17, 2005, Runyan has been serving his life sentence at the state penitentiary in Anamosa.
