Off Welch Ave next to Outlaws, Little Taipei offers tasty oriental food at a reasonable price. Formerly located on Welch next to Paddy's, Little Taipei closed in Spring 2007 to move into their current location on Chamberlain Road. Often said to be spicier than most Americanized oriental cuisine. Staffed by real life Asians (and Mexicans).
Like Normal? The sesame chicken is hard to beat. Like Spicy? Try the Kung Pao chicken.

The first Chinese restaurant in campustown, the restaurant opened sometime in 1986 (verify). In 1995, it expanded into the downstairs location with the tearoom, but it closed sometime after that due to complaints about lack of cat in the eggrolls. It is very likely that ownership has been transferred from the original. Originally every dish was $3.14 ($2.99 plus tax) providing a good value and a meal that was worth lining up through the hall and down the stairs for.
