The K-mart in Ames is located near the intersection of S. Duff Avenue and S. 16th Avenue in southeast Ames. Other nearby business include Staples, Cold Stone Creamery, Dublin Bay, Hickory Park and Movies 12.

If you don't have a car, the #5 Yellow CyRide route goes by Monday - Saturday between 7:00am and 6:00pm. The #4 Grey route also drives by in the morning and early afternoon.

Like all K-marts, this store is a large box filled with cheap Chinese imports. Enjoy!
