[edit] Finding your classroom
Now that you know your classes, you need to find your classrooms.
Rofflehaus will eventually have an article for each of the ISU buildings. Check this site for the building and see if there are details here yet. If not, then go to the ISU homepage at http://www.iastate.edu/ and click on "Maps." At the top of that page you will find a box listing all of the buildings on campus. Simply click on the one you wish to find, and a map will load, showing the selected building in the center with a large red arrow pointing to it. For example, clicking on "Gilman Hall" (the building where Chem 167 is taught) takes you to this page. This page brings you to a map showing Gilman Hall and the surrounding buildings.
If you click on the building on the map then it will take you to the page about the building — like this one for Gilman. This page may contain a little bit of history about the building, and it will in most cases contain a link to the building floor plans. Simply select the correct floor from the floor plans page to find your classroom. Room numbering schemes tend to vary slightly from building to building, but in the case of Chem 167 and Gilman Hall, the classroom will be on the first floor.
[edit] Last step
If you're still not comfortable with your ability to find the class on your first day, you can always physically walk through your schedule the day before. Most buildings have signs in the hallways that indicate which rooms are in which direction, so just keep your eyes open and you should be able to find what you're looking for.
