The biggest problem with living at Hickory Ridge is the noise from Lincoln Way. I had a third floor apartment that faced Lincoln Way and the noise from motorcycles and such in the late Spring and Early Fall was extremely annoying. It sounds like you're living on a drag strip, which is partly true considering how many dipshits race their motorcycles from the traffic light on Dakota and Lincoln Way to the one on Beedle.
