Heimir Geirsson

Heimir Geirsson is a Philosophy professor who specializes in religion. He has a thick Icelandic accent, which is quite amusing.

Several students have taken his Philosophy and Religion course in an attempt to convert him. All have failed; he remains a staunch atheist. Geirsson gives a fair shake to pro-religious arguments, and will shoot down any weak anti-religious arguments. His class focuses primarily on the Christian version of God, for its familiarity.

He sometimes tells the story of the Icelandic "little people;" invisible magical gnome-like people who exist in Icelandic legend but in which many contemporary Icelanders believe.
