Hector Avalos
From Rofflehaus
Hector Avalos, associate professor in religious studies and director of the Latino/a studies program, is one of ISU's premiere and most infamous of professors.
He is best known for being a thorn in the side of the religious. When religious debates arise, he is often the spokesperson for the atheists. He teaches the Old Testament religious studies class, and has been known to throw doubt in the minds of casual believers.
