Very late returning deposits - more than a month. By law they can only keep deposits 28 days. Also tried to charge us for pre-existing damage that was noted on our move-in sheet, and only backed down because we had photos of the apt before move-in.

Refused to send documentation of deposit withholding to more than one of the tenants of a four bedroom apartment. Replaced the carpet, on the unverified claims of damage made by the carpet installation company, without any documentation of damages and attempted to charge tenants.

Lease requires that you move out of apartment at least two days prior to the termination of the agreement so they can "professionally clean" your carpets. "Professional cleaning" is performed by HP mantenience staff, per Todd Wuestestnberg (HP property manager), however they charge you a well priced $0.25 per square foot.

On my apartment, the siding began to come off of the adjacent garage half way through my lease. It was not repaired even after I a large portion of the boards underneath were plainly visible and I notified the office.

Crappy internet service.

Internet service is now provided by ICS, with connection speeds around 512Mbps.
