Gino Pane (38 as of August 19, 2005) plead guilty to providing alcohol to Nick Bisignano, 17, whom died on December 27, 2004 after driving drunk. Pane plead guilty on August 19, 2005 for two misdemeanors (the felony charge of "providing alcohol to a minor that resulted in death" was dropped because he pled guilty) and is expected to serve up to three years in prison and pay a $6,500 fine. Sentencing held on September 29, 2005 resulted Judge Joel Novak sentencing Pane to two years in prison on the charge of supplying alcohol to an underage person.
