With 700+ units for rent, Ev Cochrane & Associates is one of Ames' largest landlords. In August of 2006, they sold all their campustown property to a new company, Campustown Property Management. Ev Cochrane and Associates still retains its property in West Ames and on Chamberlain Ave. Strangetalk is not hightly enamored with this landlord.
