Eaton Hall is a dormitory that opened to students in 2002 as Union Drive Suite Building One. It was dedicated in honor of President Gordon Eaton in April of 2003.

The house names Woodrow, Jones, Lawther, Tilden, and Davidson were previously used in North Helser, before it was torn down. Jones was originally an all-male house on the first floor of Helser, which became the hall desk and computer lab area, and Jones was moved to the basement of Helser. Davidson (all-male) was on the first floor of the northernmost wing of Helser, Woodrow was also all-male on north Helser's second floor, above it was the all-female Lawther house, and Tilden was all-female on the fourth floor. Hughes house is most likely named after the same person that the original part of Friley was named after. The southernmost part of Friley was originally a stand-alone hall named Hughes Hall. When the houses were "moved" to Eaton, they all retained their most recent gender status, aside froom Woodrow, which is now a female house. This seems ironic considering Helser Woodrow's most recent house signs featuring a beaver and the silohuette of the naked female form before it.
