The dictionary defines a dean as:

  1. An administrative officer in charge of a college, faculty, or division in a university.
  2. American actor whose moody, rebellious persona in films such as East of Eden and Rebel Without a Cause made him a cult figure.

ISU has ten deans. Each college gets one, as does the library. There's also something called Dean of Students too, so theoretically--if you were a graduate student working part-time at the library, let's say--you could be subject to deaning from as many as four dirty old men (or women) at once. And they are:
