Danny Peterson

From Rofflehaus

Danny Peterson (February 28, 1981 – June 8, 2002) was a 21 year-old and a junior in production operations management and transportation logistics from Minnetonka, Minnesota. On June 2, 2005, Peterson was struck by a drunk Guido Vivar-Rivera car while he and his friends were walking back from the bars in his hometown of Minnetonka, MN. He died from head inuries on June 8.

His death inspired a five-part series in the Iowa State Daily chronicling his death and the investigation that finally led to his killer.

Survived by his brother Chris, who was a freshman in business at the time of Danny's death.
