Coover Hall
From Rofflehaus
The place for computer nerds, Coover Hall boasts some of the finest computing equipment in one of the most dilapidated buildings. It is infamous for its stench, which is not surprising given the number of computer engineers who make the building their second home. (Computer engineers of course are not known for having good personal hygiene.)
Its renovation is currently the number two priority for campus building funds (the first being "general maintanence").
Coover contains the Active Learning Center.
The president of Silicon Graphics is an ISU alumnus. He donated an entire lab of SGI machines, which are generally used for circuit and chip simulations.
Coover houses the Information Assurance department, including the Cyber Space Forensics Lab.
The gaudy posters along the walls of the entrance area are senior project posters for CprE 491/CprE 492
