Snokyguy: I currently live under Axtell and have had great sucess with getting all the repairs I've needed. Call him and be nice about things and they have got done asap. I've had AC problems that ended in a new unit and thermostat. I even got him to bring me some pieces so I could help him modify the rain gutters to better route water away from the sidewalks.
