The Administrative Services Building is located west of Stange Road and Frederiksen Court and north of the railroad tracks. The 44,000+ square feet building is used for 200+ employees. The goal of the building was to move administrative and maintenance facilities off the main campus.
It is also known as the Administrative Services Facility Office Building.
