Don't call it an ATM machine.

(Here should be a table, ATM vs Bank. Each entry gives you the additional surcharge for withdrawal for withdrawing from that ATM using that a debit card from that Bank. Or maybe we can just list a Bank vs Bank surcharge table, and for each ATM we just list the owner bank. I don't know how the surcharge calculation work, all I know is that they're not always the same, sometimes $1, sometimes $1.50, etc)

Note: Most gas stations have an ATM or two inside, so even if they're not listed here (yet), you can always duck into a gas station for some cash.
