Day Event
25 Vandals launch their most successful attack on the Lake LaVerne dam, striking in the early morning hours with a homemade dynamite bomb. The explosion blows away the top of the dam, scattering debris all the way to the Memorial Union and lowering the lake's water level by more than a foot.
